Rob Caridad joined The Chiofaro Company in 2012, and his responsibilites include the leasing and marketing of International Place and the Harbor Garage, new business analysis and development, community/industry relations, and multi-faceted support with respect to the company's real estate development portfolio. Rob's arrival at The Chiofaro Company marked a professional transition to the business side of the commerical real estate industry from his previous position as an associate with one of Boston's preeminent commercial real estate law firms. There, his practice encompassed a broad range of subject matter related to real estate development and management, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, operational contracting, and permitting. Representative matters included complex international financing transactions, as well as the assemblage, permitting and financing of multiple mixed-use development projects within the City of Boston. Prior to entering private practice, Rob served as an active duty Judge Advocate with the United States Air Force, with stateside assignments in support of the 325th Figher Wing (Tyndall AFB, FL) and the Electronic Systems Center (Hanscom AFB, MA), as well as an overseas deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rob graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor's degree in Government, received his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. Born and raised in New Jersey, Rob currently resides in Reading, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
